Juliette is an avid Salesforce, quality management, process management, and body building enthusiast. Prior to joining HigherEchelon, she received a B.S. in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification later in her career. She served five years in the Army as an Air Defense Artillery officer in Qatar, Kuwait, and the United States.
