Cody is a Program Manager and helps support Business Development at HESFP, LLC. Cody brings over 13 years of combined experience in program management, operations leadership, and data-driven strategic solutions across both private enterprise and military sectors. His academic background from West Point, combined with an MBA focused on business analytics, equips him to be able to bridge technical complexity with strategic business outcomes.
Cody currently manages a high-visibility government program serving enterprise clients including Congress, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and leadership from the U.S. Military Academy, Air Force Academy, and Naval Academy. His background includes supporting global partnerships at Goldman Sachs and managing data strategy and technology integration for Citi Bank. He is currently pursuing an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Houston, where his research focuses on competitive advantage strategies in government procurement.
